- A few possible dates and times for your visit
- Number and grades of your students (10 children minimum for
group rate)
- Number of chaperones
- Name of specific class you want to book, if applicable
- Contact name, address and phone number
- Whether your class plans to visit the Gift
Shop or eat lunch at the Museum
- Any other needs

- To ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors, the
Museum
requires adult chaperones (at least 18 years of
age) for every group in addition to the teacher/group leader. The group
leader should be free to circulate among students.
- Grades K - 5 must have a group leader
plus one chaperone for every 8 students.
- Ages 3 - 5 must have a group leader plus
one chaperone for every 4 students.
- Groups who do not bring the required
number of chaperones will be charged regular admission ($8.50) for each
extra child.
- Groups who bring more chaperones than
children will be charged regular admission ($8.50) for each extra
chaperone.

- A non-refundable deposit of $42.50 is due 3 weeks before
your visit.
- The balance is due on the day of your visit.
- The Museum accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover
and purchase orders. Passes, discount coupons and membership cards will
not be accepted as payment for group visits.

- A confirmation letter prior to your visit, including
directions to the Museum
- A resource packet with information for chaperones, pre- and
post-visit activities, and teacher resources to extend the experience
into the classroom
- On the day of your visit, students will receive free Museum
passes for future visits with their families.

Take a sneak peek! We recommend that you preview the exhibits before your field trip. The Museum
offers free admission to preschool and elementary educators. Just
present your school ID and sign in at the Admissions Desk. Museum
education staff are also happy to discuss ways to connect the Museum to
your curriculum.

The Museum does not have food service on site. During the school year, groups of 45 students or fewer can bring lunches or snacks to eat in one of the Museum's activity rooms at a scheduled time, if reserved in advance.

$1.00.
